To use our website, you must be 18 years of age or older, or be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. You are prohibited from using any device or software to interfere with the website's operation or to copy its content without our prior written consent. Furthermore, the website may not be used to distribute any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful. Please note that adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the item; products may become unavailable due to high demand.

Our Returns Policy, which is an integral part of these terms, allows you to return a product under specific conditions. You can return an unwanted product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. 

Please be aware that a handling fee of up to 20% may be charged if the packaging is opened or tampered with. Exclusions: Certain items, such as unsealed software, electronic downloads, gift cards, and in-ear products, cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons. Faulty Products: If a product has a technical fault, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will facilitate communication with the manufacturer on your behalf. 

Refunds: All refunds are processed electronically via EFT to your nominated bank account and may take 10-14 working days.

You have two options for receiving your order: Delivery: We use a third-party service provider for deliveries. You will be required to provide a valid form of identification upon delivery. We are not liable for late deliveries or errors resulting from incorrect information you provide. 

Collection: You may choose to collect your order from an ICS branch. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a "Collection Notice" email from us. You must present valid identification, such as a South African ID, passport, or driver's license. If you fail to collect your order within 7 days of the notice, it may be canceled and refunded.
