You can pay for your online order using one of the following: Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. Debit Card: You can use your debit card to make a secure payment. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Pay directly from your bank account via an online EFT. Mobicred: This payment option is available for online purchases only.

All online transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and payment information. We take extensive steps to ensure your data remains secure. For your protection, we may require additional information to authorize and verify a credit card payment. Your order will be processed once this verification is successfully completed. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your purchase.

Website Use: You use our website entirely at your own risk. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the content is accurate and complete, we don't provide any warranties on the website's quality, availability, or functionality. Security: We can't guarantee that the files on our website are free of viruses or other destructive code. You accept all risks associated with using the site. ICS disclaims all liability for any loss or damage unless it's due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

Third-Party Websites: Our website may link to other sites, but we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of any linked websites is at your own risk. 

Limitation of Liability: To the extent allowed by law, ICS won't be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses that arise from your use of our website or products.

If a product is defective, you may return it within 6 months of delivery. The product will be sent to our Technical Centre to assess the fault. If the defect is found to be due to manufacturing and not misuse, negligence, or accidental damage, we will proceed with a return. All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and we act as a facilitator to assist you with the claims process. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms: We may change these terms and conditions at any time. It's your responsibility to check them regularly. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to the new terms. 

Availability: We'll do our best to keep the website available, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it at our discretion. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Reasons for Return: You can return a product if you've changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, received an unwanted gift, the product has a technical fault, or you have quality concerns. Unwanted Products: Unwanted products can be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection, provided they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts included. 

Damaged on Delivery: You must notify us within 30 days of delivery if a product is damaged or missing parts. We will either repair, replace, or credit you for the purchase price. Faulty Products: If a product is faulty, it's covered by a manufacturer's warranty. 

We can help you with communication, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not ICS. Refunds: Refunds are processed via EFT and can take 10-14 working days. We require a copy of your ID and proof of payment to process the refund.

Availability: All offers are valid while stocks last and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Stock levels may vary by store. Pricing: Sale prices may change without prior notice. Warranty: All products carry a 12-month warranty.
